I tested everyone's attention to detail at the start of our class. I asked the class if they noticed anything different about my uniform. after careful study Miller nailed it. I have a new stripe on my brown belt. Good spotting Miller.We started with a refresher on the two previous take down techniques we drilled on Saturday. everyone displayed a good working knowledge of the techniques. Good work team.
Today's lesson was how to pull guard and collar drag to take the back. We worked both of these movements a lot and I'm f\very pleased with everyone's performance. Taking the back seems to be everyone's favorite attack.
