Summer weather is here

We had a hot dojo today.  Everyone got a good sweat up during our warm up. 

We worked on going from a mount position to technical mount with our younger students today.  Some more work needs to be done.  It won't take long for the kids to get the hang of it and start to go from technical mount to back mount.  good effort today from our Junior's

We tested our Senior class with some new warm up movements.  Cartwheel, round off, head stand and a new game to get them moving on their backs.  Our technique of the day for them was rolling an opponent in turtle position over and finish in north south position.  Everyone had fun with this one.
