We finished up our series on sweeps from guard this Tuesday. We worked on the hip bump scissor and pendulum sweeps. We also threw in a submission setup with the scissor sweep using a cross lapel grip. Liddy had her 2nd class and learned the sweeps quite well. As the girls get stronger and grow Aidan will be in trouble. LOL!
Our last day will be on the 23rd of December and return on the 2nd of January.
