Aidan got to join in on the warm up and had a roll with me and a roll with Igor. It was fun to watch Aidan flow and try to figure out Igor's game during their 5 minute round.
Congratulations to all the people that moved up a belt. All of the demonstrations were excellent. Now it's time for the next level of training. Congratulations to everyone that earned a stripe. It always feels good to be rewarded for all the hard work and time spent on the mats.
Special thanks go to Professor Stuart and Professor Serge. Without them a night like tonight would not have been possible. Onward and upward we go. Oss!
